Procedure to Raise a Grievance

Customers can raise grievances via email at hello@finagg.in for general queries, including those related to credit information.

Note: The above time frame can change depending upon the nature and complexity of the complaint as per the interpretation of the Grievance redressal officer.

A grievance is closed when resolved, accepted by the complainant, or remains unanswered from the customer for 45 days.
