Why do I need to pay subscription fee?

FinAGG charges its customer a minimal fee to maintain the Quick Cashflow™ which the customers can use for purposes not limited to applying for loans, such as invoice management.

What are the costs of these plans?

Base: 0/-
Silver: 500/- per user added (Annually) & 250/- for 3 Months (Per Quater) per user
Gold: 2,500/- per user added (Annually) & 1,000/- for 3 Months (Per Quater) per user
Diamond: 5,000/- per user added (Annually) & 2,000/- for 3 Months (Per Quater) per use
Platinum: 7,500/- per user added (Annually) & 3,000/- for 3 Months (Per Quater) per user

For example, a Diamond Plan Customer 5 users to his account then he would pay: 5000*5= 25,000 + 18% (GST) = INR 27,950

Can I upgrade my membership if my current membership is active?

Yes, you can upgrade your membership by reaching out to subscription@finagg.in and paying the differential amount at any point during your membership period. Please mention your PAN NO or registered phone number along with the existing plan and the new plan you want to opt for in this case. FinAGG will take 2-3 business days to respond.

How do I downgrade or cancel my membership?

Reach out to subscription@finagg.in with Cancellation or Downgrade with your PAN NO in subject of your mail along with details of your requirement in the body.

How long will FinAGG take to process my upgrade/downgrade/cancellation request?

FinAGG will take 2-3 business days to respond.

What can I do if I want to add more users to my existing plan but for a limited period of time?

You can opt for a top up (minimum 3 months) to add more users for a limited period of time. To add more users write to us at subscription@finagg.in

How much time do the customer get to pay the subscription fee.

Customers get 60 days of time to pay subscription fee for their plan before their plan is downgraded to base.

Is there any discount that the customers can avail?

Customers can avail referral discounts up to 25% based on type of membership they opt for. For refferal existing customer has to provide a refferal code

What will happen when the subscription expires?

The customer will get a notification to renew their subscription. In case the customer does not renew their subscription, the account will be downgraded to Base Plan
